CARDING

We have 8 card sets that are periodically reviewed and selected according to a strict maintenance plan, specific to the characteristics of each card.

​

The assortments are located in three distinct parts: two are placed in a department dedicated to white yarns and two others in another salon where light colors are worked. A third department counts 3 assortments for dark colors. An assortment is instead dedicated exclusively to spun fany yarns.

Each machine is equipped with an electronic control system for the technical characteristics of the yarn that measures the set parameters in real time.
